I think she came out rather well...even though she is HUGE compared to most of the other Stitched Selfs. I had a wonderful time making her and I thank Lauren for the opportunity to have a piece of my work in a museum, even if only for one night! This second picture is Lauren's picture and if you look closely you can see a tiny, tiny stitched self on my stitched self's shoulder...so cute! My stitched self was is about 12 inches tall, about twice as tall as I meant her to be... The first picture is before she had her face and haircut...well, and her clothing. She has thumbs and big toes...and other "features"... The last picture is of the actual exhibit...see if you can find my Stitched Self among the 256 wonderful Stitched Selves!
